3(DL,DC,DR)-1(DMC)-2(ML,MR)-1(AMC)-3(AML,ST,AMR) Counter

I have a cup final this evening against a team which is using this unorthodox formation.
My opponents squad is rated 101% and my squad is 92/93%.
I think it would be a good strategy to attack through the middle, since my opponent is light on central defensive players.
Can anyone help me to devise a counter formation and tactics?
Also, would it be a problem if one or two of my players are playing slightly out of position?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
