How to defeat this 4-1-4-1 formation..!!

My next opponent is using 4-1-4-1 formation (DR,DC,DC,DL-DMC-MR,MC,MC,ML-ST)
and his team is much stronger than mine..What formation and tactics should i use?

3W-4-3 .. and just think about it.. the opponent have just 1 striker so 3 defenders is enough . play offenive, both flanks, whole pitch, short,normal tackle, zonal, with offside

yeah.that's a good idea..
but one question..if he uses his ML and MR with red arrows & attacks down both flanks,then 3 defenders would be enough to defense?

Attacking mentality, both down flanks, own half, zonal marking, mixed passing, force counterattack, no offside traps, normal tackling. Red arrows on AML, AMR, ST.

Yes i won the 1st leg- 3-1..but his team is much stronger than mine and there is a chance of being knocked out for my team as it was my home game..

i play 4-1-4-1 alot
and my team is stronger than most of teams, and can confirm worst team tend to do better with 442 of 451 flat ..
