with blue arrow on the central MC and red arrows on AML /AMR, play normal, both flanks, mixed passing, zonal with counterattack

are this will be usefull because my AML was below average? i just got 1 striker 5 star.. so now i have 3 striker..
if i use 4-3-3 can i beat that opponent formation??

expert have any idea??
