Help on coutering 4-3W-1-2

Need some help on countering this formation.
His team is pretty good, and his results too.
I have played vs him in the past and either Lost or Draw (CL)

Now i have the 2nd leg, tied 3-3 (me away), need win



I'm thinking on:
3N-1(DMC)-4-2 (the ML im putting on AML, his DL is pretty weak)

-Attacking mentality (im playing at home)
-Through middle (?)
-Pressing own half (?)
-Normal tackling (?)
-Mixed pass
-Zonal marking (?)

-Blue arrow on 1 DC

What do you guys think?

1) Should i focus mix passing?
2) Should i pressure whole field?
3) Should i put red arrows on any Midfielder/ST?
4) Should i mark on man-on-man?

yes u have decided a better formation.As it is a must win for u i will suggest to use hard tackling..through the middle,OWN HALF(if u use attacking mentality and hard tackle)..and must use zonal marking..
U can use Red arrow on ur ST,so that the chances of scoring from corner should be increased..
And i will suggest to use one of ur Mc's in the middle with blue arrow,so that his only MC would be marked too..
All of these were just suggestions..Do what u think that is better for u

Butterfly might be most successful.

normal mentality, own half, short passing, down both flanks, zonal, hard tackling is risky but good against strong opponents, don't counter, no offside.

CL final vs the 4-3W-1-2 and I won 2-0.
