What formation will I use to go against 3-4-3?

3-4-3 seems easy and simple but I face two managers that have this formation and I totally lost to them, now I'm going again another one! Please help?

Red arrows on AML,AMR,ST..(Blue arrow on your MC's if your opponent is strong,otherwise no need)

normal attack,down both flanks,own half,mixed pass,hard tackle(if ur opponent is strong otherwise normal tackle),zonal,
no counter attack,(u can use offside trap if u want,but not suggested)

Use these,u will win insha-ALLAH
