    I always played with three defenders against hexagon , and I always won!!!

    If it's 3 defenders + DML/DMR - sure you did, otherwise it's due to skill difference and luck.

    may go with 4-1-4-1 with def,counter, long, attacks on both flanks and red arrow on wingers and fullbacks(take it out if his wingers are exploiting yours )

    This formation works well against most teams and a lot of teams use it without having an active manager behind them, or at least not one that adapts to opponents tactics. I don't think you'll be able to get into his head like you intend to.

    but I am ranked first in my league and now he certainly read my score 17 0 0 : D

    I do agree with narf. I'll never use 3-4-3 against 4-2-2-2 Hexagon and I regret for more believing that table than my observation formation
