Today I went back to lose 2-1 against an opponent to 20 and I have 26, up lost at home, change the 4-5-1 tactic since disappoint me ........ I now use:

I'd use balanced orders with this formation - normal play, mixed passing and tackling. Might work well with a long ball and counter-attack.

But otherwise - adapt your formation and tactics depending on matches and opponents, none of them is bullet-proof. You can't play just one and expect miracles.
