    3-2-2-2-1 butterfly

    Sorry if i seem a bit newbie, but i keep reading about a butterfly formation, and a while ago o saw a 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly. Could someone be kind enough to let me know what this formation is and why is it that good? Cause i read a LOT of people having problems with it.

    offensive mentality
    both flanks
    pressing whole pitch
    normal tackle
    short passing or mixed
    zone defense
    no counterattack/no offside
    red arrows on AML/AMR (if u want)
