How to win against 3W-2-1-2W-2

He's way better than me, I just want to know if I can get an advantage with the formations.
This is his formation:

4 -3 MCs-1 AMC-2 ST would destroy him , with full backline blue arrows, and the rest red arrows , through the middle, no counter , whole pitch, short passing, offside trap , attacking mmentality , zonal defense.. tell me what you did , good luck
