Try to avoid so low on condition, and skip him during training!!!
Select him much, and when you're winning he will perform better.

Alright, buy/select another DMC and see if he will perform better!
Sure you can sell the guy, but when you don't have a good alternative, just use him as backup in case of injuries

Play with him, don't sell He goes to play well, but sometimes a player don't play well, next season you look again.. Maybe te arrow defensive? Try things
