he is playing the hexagon formation if this is how call that formation

Which formation would be best to counter him ?
Which arrows should i put on which player?
Should i Use offside trap ? Because he has no AMC ?

Should I play on flanks, middle or mixed ?
Attacking, normal or defensive ?
Pressure on whole or half pitch ?
What kind of tackling ?
What kind of passing?

Any advice would be great
