ChLeague final against 4-1-3w-2, counter suggestions.

    Hi,

Please suggest me some counter for the upcoming ChL final against really strong oppo.

    His formation:

I searched forum for previous posts, but found nothing I could base on.

I don't have good ML which rules me out of flat formations, unless I put my always good AML in that place.

    My team:

I met him in other CHL final few seasons ago and heavily lost, now want a revenge

    Thanks.

    Go for a 4_3N_1_2 formation

    Great job!
You just copy-paste formations from the sticky thread.
    Wow!

Have you even tried those tactics against the one I'm against tomorrow?

I think you don't put 3def, more safety put 4 defender and play def counter, and only he can score ur team maybe his amr can pass though , anyway u have good team too good luck

Thanks for the concrete suggestions. ☺
I thought about long no used 4-ND-2 and go through the middle with him. But on the other hand my Aml/amr are the ones I most rely on lately, and I'm afraid of the strikers' bad day...

    @nik 4-5-1 V with Def/counter mentality?
You suggest mixed passing? long may be too risky I suppose but how this formation work with short pass?
You often play this formation as far as I remember? 😉

@Justin it is just a picture of my team, I don't go 3 DCs with him, thanks for your input ☺

What do you think about 4-3-3?
    Any good experiences?

    Got it!

Woke up this morning and decided to risk and went attack with high press, mixed pass, mixed focus, zonal and offside on.

The game was tough, he missed a penalty.
    Win is a win

    Here are the details.

    Thanks to your input.

Yes i used 4-5-1 v but with one exeption i put the aml on am position and my st at the top right side

and attacking through the middle or the amr on am position and the st top left side

And i am lvl 35 playing now for four years and used a lot of counterformations against opponents

    every match is a trill
