I would play flat 4-4-2. Back arrows on dl/r and ml/r. Defensive, counters through the middle, no offside.
More offensive option 4-3W-2AMC-1 christmas tree but you need 2 amc. Normal, no counters, short pass. Same back arrows, forward arrow on one amc.
Even more offensive 3w-4-3n. Always back arrows as before, plus back arrow on lone DC, forward arrow on one mc. Attacking, high press, through the middle, mixed, offside on.
