Lost in Cup final against the 4-3W-3 with 4:0 and now i Play again against a 4-3W-3 Formation in Quali round at the Cup.

So I Need help with my Formation. Played 4-5-1 V defesive way with counterattack, down flanks and mixed passing and hard Tackling but lost 4:0. So what should i use now. My Opponen is ~3 Points stronger then me.
