Cup match 21% stronger opponent. need some tactice and formation help.

Facing a tanker opponent 21% stronger then me. He/She is using

3w-1(DMC) - 1(MC)- 3w(AMR/AMC/AML) - 2(ST)
Any suggestion to counter?

Im thinking about going for

5-3n-2 with Def mentality. or should i go with Hard defending ?
