how beat the strong team please

when i play against strong teams i lost .why??
could u help me to win ??
i'm using V style formation and sometimes i 'm using 4-1-4-1

could u tell me what tactics i must played vs teams strong than me >10% ??
and also more than me >20%

Agaist stronger teams its normal to loose you have to figure out a good defensive strategy and play counter attack

Get good defenders and at leat consider 4 of them, eventually plus a DMC, then its up to what you have.
