Thats a good point. It affects the team developement in a huge way, so definitely it should be available for all managers in equal conditions.

The game has a system where each star has 5 points more of cost per level, so at level 1 the 5th strt is 20 average points and at level 2, it is 25...

So after a break this summer, we played last season to prepare a comeback and try to fight for a Super League. We started playig in the middle of...

It has been reported, this depend on the own provider, location and account activity btw...
