help facing 4-1-3W-1 (LM/RM)

i read lots of articles here regarding how to face this formation

4-1-3W-2 (LM/RM)

.. am gonna play stronger side than me in CL in Qurter final , so want to be ready from now
as far as i read only suggestions were :

3N-1-4-2 (which i feel will expose my wings to his LM/RM and will put only 3 CB facing his scout Striker .. so will not work)
3N-2W-2-2W-1 (this formation never work for me ... cost me a title .. and again same issue with 3 CB vs 2 scout ST.. not wise)

i don't get why no one suggesting 442 or 451?
i think both can do better and are more balanced

anyone with a different opinion or suggestion ?
