How do you beat a 4-2-3w-1 formation?

This formation is a tough one to beat, I used an odd formation so don’t do that, the orders I went for were hard defending, passing through the middle, type of passing, mixed, force counter attacks on, tackling normal, marking man to man, offside trap on, my formation was 1-4-2-3, odd I know, maybe some other experienced player could give you a better formation but those tactics I mentioned above worked well for me.
