Haven't played against it ever. I would try 4-1-4-1, down both flanks with red arrows on fullbacks & wingers.

possession 55 % and total shoot 9 but on target only 2 time, he shoot 17 on target 8

Yeah, my concept was to have some ball possession and to not let him outnumber you on your half. It didn't go so good. sry mate.
