Friends, tell me what mean this cards on my players? Red card on Michalidis mean he was suspended for other competition? And yellow card on Davidovic mean if he get other yellow card he was susspended for next match?

Yes, it's like you said it correctly. Cards only count for the type of competition in which they were received.
So Michailid has no cards for your upcoming game, but cannot play in one of the other ones, where he received the red card. If you click on the player, you can see, in which competition he has the red card.
