4 3 1 2 Tactic

Is this tactic good? I often lose to similar powered teams.

Each formation has its strength and weakness, as always.

4-3-1-2 will lose to most opponent formations with 4 midfielders. 1AM + 2ST would be easily handled by 3 flat defenders + DMC as well.

This is good if opponent is only playing a 2-MCs midfield, and also good if opponent has no DMC.
