    is that the one known as the butterfly? the problem is a lot of ur defenders are marking space and you're sort of playing right into his hands going forward as well. use 3 wide at the back, left back, centre back, right back, 5 flat midfield and 2 strikers. no arrows, just attack down the flanks.

    left back, centre back, right back, left midfield, 3 central midfield, right midfield, 2 strikers. it's 3-5-2 with ur defenders spread out to counter his threat from flanks. he is not going to overload your centre half so as long as ur centre half is solid, say like a John Terry, you'll be fine.

    as for tactics, hard attacking, down the flanks, hard tackling, pressing whole pitch, man marking, short passing. both counter and offside trap. if you're at home no counter.
