How to beat this strange formation ?

Today, my opponent play a ... special 4-3-1-2..

His formation is :

ST-ST
AML (He hasn't AMC & AMR)
MC-MC-MC
NO DMC
DL-DC-DC-DR

So that's not symetric but i think it's legal because he has good results..

My formation is 3N-DMC-ML-MC-MC-MR-AMC-ST..

defend his threat from left, which is your right side and create 2 against one situations on his right, which is your left side. I love these formations. Beat a similar formation y'day 7-1 with my right winger(his weaker side) scoring 3.

My ML and one of my MC (The left MC) have red arrows, i will play offensive and.. what about counterattack? Yes or no?

Not left MC, forward arrow on left back and left midfielder. Start with everything normal, zonal marking and counter attack, change according to game situation. Gud luck! Don't forget you also need a right back seeing as he uses a left winger. That's what I mean guard the right and attack the left.
