First thing I notice is you have a better MC on the bench, but also notice he's red carded. Will he be available for the match?

Otherwise, looks a definite 'down the flanks' form for your opponent,why the LD out there otherwise? And then AMR? Maybe cut through the middle? Command your team that way, attacking, pass through the centre, aim the MF forward. Maybe pull back your wing defenders, a standard 4 - add in a striker, R Brown from your bench - pull in your MF to 3, and use an AMC behinf the strikers? though you don't seem to have one ..
