Hard match with special 4123 after 4 hours today

As title and oppo's team (4123) is as followings and his players are very strong in white skill...












All his FW (ST/AML/AMR/AMC) are over 140% ~160% (A white skill are over 200~300%) & 2 DC are 80-100% (D white skill are 150-200%), DR is 57% but D white skill is over 200%...MC is also over 160%....even subs...
All my DC/DL/DR are 100-105% (D white skill are 130-150%), FW (ST/AML/AMR/AMC) are 110-120% (A white skill are 130~150%, 180% of AMR/ST)...

Could any one give me good recommend to beat this strong oppo team...(T_T)?

Thanks for your recommend and finally I used 4-2-3W-1 (DL 2DC DR-2DMC(W)-MC-AML AMR-ST) to beat it.
Tactics setting is: Def + right side + Long pass + Force counter ON / Low + Normal + Zone.
Match result is 2:1, I won
