    Tonight i have a match against 4-3-2-1 ( NO DMC/DMR/DML)

his flanks are his weakness and strength in same time
his mid will be controlling with 3N, and that is another problem
so your first job is to stop him attacking, so you have to play 4 at back, not red arrows on fullbacks, unless you want to dominate mid more and asking them to go up more to the mid and risk it
then you need 5 in mid to balance his own 3N and still able to provide LM/RM.. so his wingers will be double marked by your RM/RB
for more security you can try 4141, with DMC adding a player in mid and extra to help defenders , and you can play with arrow with him if you want to defend more or attack more

so my advice is 451 or 4141
remember it will work perfectly if you are playing away as you can counter and thus be more compact at back while he is attacking more bcz he is at home, so my advice counter, both flanks , red arrow on wingers, long balls, def mentally
if you are playing at home, that is more tricky, as they will tend to sit back more and counter you , so you need to play with passing, attacking mentality, counter on or off and arrows more till finding the right balance

The mathch is away and our possition is 1st & 2nd , same points .
I prefer to play with 4-5-1 with red arrows on flanks cause i have power players on that position.

Thanx again guys , finally i beat my opponent away 1-4 . Amazing result and 1st place now alone
Ball possession was 26 vs 74.
I want also to report that my same opponent had lost a cup game using the same formation from a man that plays 4-3-3 flat.
