If you want to defend flanks while attacking center then I hope you have a good AMC and ST. Because then a 5-3W-1-1 or 4-1-3W-1-1 might be some options depending on where he has his AML/AMR positioned. If he has them pulled back, having 3 DC would be preferred. AMC absolutely need attacking arrow and ST no arrow. Don't push your ST to high up in the box since you probably will want him to play with AMC to maximize the single DC. Unless you have really good ST that can do 1-on-1 really well, you will want him to play close to your AMC. You could put attacking mentality to your ML/MR to boost attack, put no arrows on ML/MR to increase possession.
