Help against a weird formation

Ok i got a game tomorrow i really need to win but he's using a formation I've not come across before. Its 3-3-2-2

Any ideas how to counter this? His average quality is 29, mine is 38.

you are 9 levels up to him. I wouldn't worry too much.
