    Help against a weird formation

    Ok i got a game tomorrow i really need to win but he's using a formation I've not come across before. Its 3-3-2-2

    AML---------AMR
    ML----MC-----MR
    -----------------
    ---DC--DC--DC--

    Any ideas how to counter this? His average quality is 29, mine is 38.
