I don’t mind putting this out there as I’m sure I’m not alone but I’ll take this chance to learn.

I read lots of forum posts on how to set up and playing friendlies against 1 star teams etc but I don’t know how to set up, choose formation or tactics, I don’t know how to read opposition tactics and formation and so therefore I can’t adjust.

In short I have a shortsighted understanding of formation and tactics and only see it from my teams perspective and even that’s not informed.

Can anybody explain things simply so I might learn and improve.
