How to beat 3W-1-3W-1-2 ?

I need to know how to beat this :

ST-ST
AMC
ML-MC-MR
DMC
DL-DC-DR

My formation is a 3-2-2-2-1 butterfly.. so do i need to change to an other formation ? That's a very important match because sometimes i'm first, sometimes he is first, sometimes i'm first ect ect..

So I need your suggestions ! Thank you !

Infact 3-1-3-1-2 is the most weaker formation that i have ever used! and i hve problem with 4-4-2 classic, 4-4-2 diamond, 3-5-2.

You can use 3-6-1 v-style, Attacking mentality, mixed focus, mixed passing, zonal marking, no counter attack/offside trap.
