what to use against 4-3n-3

I used in last game 4-1-4-1 and lost 2-0 to this guy ..

anyone ? i thought of useing 4-4-2 classic with ml and mr with red arows .. hard attack , flanks , man 2 man , whole pitch ...
anyone got any ideeas ?

your plan seems fine, you can also use 3-5-2, but i dont know about hard attacking and man 2 man
