Cup Final soon, what do I do against this formation?

Hi everyone, i have a cup final soon against a team that seems to be as strong as mine, they seem to be running a 3W-1-1-3-2 (DR-DC-DL-DMC-MC-AML-AMR-AML-ST-ST) with pretty strong forwards, i was thinking of using a 4-1-4-1 with a red arrow on my dmc, any other suggestions or should I go with this one?
