How to beat 4-1-2-1-2

I usually use 4-1-2-1-2 ND to face 4-1-2-1-2 Wide Diamond.
Playing with normal mentality, mixed passing, mixed/through the middle focus, zonal marking, own half, no counter and no offside trap

against 4-1-2-1-2 i always use 3-1-4-2 both flanks, red arrows on ML,MR . this formation never dissapointed me against the diamond

I used 4-4-2 classic. Down both flanks. Red arrows on ML & MR.
I won with 4-1. Because my opponent was lower in quality.
But I if your opponent is strong I shouldn't use 4-4-2.
