You can use 4-4-1-1.DL,DC,DC,DR,ML(he doesn't have MR,so your ML will have free space to attack,use red arrow on this player),MC,MC,DMR(you can use DMR,not MR,to stop his attack from the flank),AMC(he doesn't have DMC),1 striker.

Red arrows on your DL,ML,AMC.
