Need help with orders

Hello, I need help with choosing the correct orders for my lineup. I have alot of injured players, so I am forced into using a formation that I am not experienced with. Please help me

I was thinking of using this:
Normal, through the middle, own half, short passes, zonal, no counter attacks, no offside traps

I'd choose normal, mixed, whole pitch, mixed, zonal, counter attacks, no offside traps...and also change the orders during the match - if you're winning, just change whole pitch to own half or change tackling from normal to soft; if you're loosing, change normal to offensive and tackling from normal to aggresive
