What formation is that? "4-1-3-2"?

for the defence i would like 4 at the back and at least 1 or maybe 2 DMC, the put more than one MC to dominate the centre and the rest is your choice, so something like 4-1-4-1 or 4-2-3-1, an AMC would also be helpfull
