What formation is that? "4-1-3-2"?

I don´t know what formation is that and how to win against it. Can someone help me?

for the defence i would like 4 at the back and at least 1 or maybe 2 DMC, the put more than one MC to dominate the centre and the rest is your choice, so something like 4-1-4-1 or 4-2-3-1, an AMC would also be helpfull

That is a formation with 3 attacking midfielders, 2 strikers, one central midfielder and 4 defenders,

Na .. that is a formation just begging to be chewed up and spit out ... should be able to get 65-70% possession or better against that.

I've seen this get hammered by a 4-4-2 by all stats yet manage to win 1-0
