Any ideas on how to counter this VERY attacking formation

Im still new here, im coming up against this very attacking formation, what do i do.

Teams are about the same strenght.

Is it even legal to play with a formation like this?

Im actually thinking about using 3-2-3-2 vs him ...what do you think ?

or you can just play a flat 5 midfield like 4-5-1 flat or 3-5-2 flat and boss the midfield area to hope to cut off supply to their attackers.

defensive or normal ?

Went with 4-2n-3w-1 with red arrows on mr/ml blue on mc, Orders : normal, flanks, own half, no counter and mixed passing.

Won 2-0, 62% -38% posession, he had hard tackels.
