PLS help with 3W-1-3N-3 (all 3 ST)

Go 3-1-4-2 mixed attacking, hard attacking, hard tackling, short passing

i played almost the same and i lost even i have much stronger team.

ok, so far, the best results i am achieving against this formation is countering with

4-1-4-1

arrows on ALL flanks and DMC

still not good enough
