for me his formation is basicly a 442 classic. i win all the time againts 442c using 451v. you need to put red arrows on your dl,dr,aml,amr, tactics: flanks, attacking, mixed passing, hard tackle, whole pitch, counter attack and zonal.

you have a player on the wrong position i should play 4-5-1 flat with no dmc but amc so you get 4-4-1-1

Kil is a DC/DL and you put him on DR.
Schiberras is a AMC and you put him on AMR.
Big mistakes. they will bring like half efficiency.
i would try:

Here some tips.... Kil ( DL DC ) that's playing on DL and Schiberras ( AMC ) that's playing on AMR.. they CAN play fine there... BUT, you'll lose BALL POSSESSION because they're not playing on their main position.. now the tactic to counter the other team... look for the Gaps, and see what you have.. he has NO DMC... and only 2 MC and 2 DC... the middle... it's the spot.. if u make a line... DC/MC/AMC/ST, go on mixed pass, because you can do short pass on this line that's greats, and still can do a long pass to use the Shadow Strike from the AMC tha's free , because he doesn't have any DMC and only laterals DC.. and as you can see... his strategy it's atack down by both flanks or force trough the right flank.. so u will need to let the Kil ( DL DC ) right where he is.. DR, because he is your best DEFENSE player.. go on WHOLE PITCH, can do HARD TACKLING until the half time, them go to normal, MIXED PASS, ZONAL MARKING, and ATTACKING MENTALITY, if you don't score until the second HALF, them you can try mentality HARD ATTACKING, Trough the Middle that's it ... BUT if you don't wanna risk change you team main strategy...focus the attack on the Left flank ..

if you'll go attacking trough the middle.. go RED ARROWS on the line DMC,MC,AMC,ST, blue arrow on the AML ( you can put him on ML ando do the same too, it will stop the other team attacks, while you still will have all players dominating the middle free to go on, and a strong lateral defense, you put 1 mc to attack right in the middle, and other mc almost as MR and blue arrow on him.. as you won't need him to attack
