I need to know what to use to counter this formation. Ive been playing 4-4-2 will it hold up against this?

according to many peoples suggesting counter formation
they advised :
- 3N-1-4-2
- 4-4-2 Classic
- 4-5-1 V-Style

not sure if they work .. am just the messenger here
