Use 4-2dmc-aml-amc-amr-st. Ive used this formation against 3-4-1-2 with good results. Normal mentality, both flanks, short passing, normal tackling, no offside or counter. Gl

With 4 midfielders against him during he has no one in midfield? He is going to sink, especially with the level difference with his opponent. I predict a 7-1.

If you have DMC and 3 MC's you'll practically loose function of one player.Use two MC's and one ST.This formation that u show is for 12 players.
