Butterfly should work. Normal mentality, down both flanks, own half, mixed passing, normal/hard tackling, zonal marking. Yes counter attack, since 3-5-2 v is offensive formation and no offside trap.

Oh hell yeah it worked! I do have to say that I have a little stronger Team. But demolished him 6:1 Off to the CL finals facing Chengiz FC, a League rival and friend with a strong 442.
If a man has the right attitude, even if he is average, he'll work hard enough to play well. As long as he thinks he can be good, that's all that counts.

    think about 4-3N-2(AML/AMR)-1

    Mentality: Normal
    Force counter: Yes
Passing: mixed & through both flanks
    Pressing: own half
    Zonal marking

You could try red arrows on DR/DL if they are faster (better) than his AML/AMR
