I fully disagree with your counter-formation.You even dont have wingbacks.His AML and AMR will score you at least two goals with that possition.
Play 4-3n-1-2

When he says 4-1-2-3, he probably means a DMC and 2 MCs which is what I've seen fairly often in this game.

In which case, my counter-formation is the right way to go because you don't NEED any wingback or DL/DR.
