I would suggest using this:

Mentality: Attacking
Focus Passing: Mixed
Passing Style:Mixed
Tackling ( normal, unless your players are in good mental condition and the enemy has no free kick specialist )
Pressing Style: Own Half
Passing Style: Mixed
Marking Style: Zonal
No counter attacks
Yes offside traps, but only if your defenders and faster and higher quality than his attackers.

The idea of this formation is that you have 3 DC that are enough to cover his 2 ST
Next you have a DMC that will cover his AMC
You have stronger midfield than him
You are not using AMC, so his DMC are not 100% efficient
3x ST should be able to crush his defence which only consist of 1 DC and DL+ DR

use this but don't use offside trap. Never use offside trap against an AM player.
