Need help on how to counter 4-1-2-2-1 ( 2 mc's) ( 2 amc's)

i will go with 3N-2N-4-1 (with red arrow on wingers and blue arrows in 3 CBs ) or more attacking 3N-2N-2-2W-1 (same arrows order for CBs but remove red arrows on wingers to let them track the ball and thus keep possession )
defend (or normal later on the game or start with normal if you want a win)- counter, both flanks, long pass if 3N-2N-4-1 or mix if 3N-2N-2-2W-1, own half, normal (or easy if u r scared of a red card - i start normally with easy and see how restricted ref is as some are fast to give you cards including reds)
for 2 DMC, add blue arrows if you feel opposite are having many chances or want to close the game .. add red arrows if you are losing possession as it make them join attack and you will create more chances .. i personally will leave them with no arrows till see how it goes during the match

that is one of toughest formations i faced .. my mate use it often against me .. and still trying to beat it .. i managed to beat him and he beat me once .. so am still testing it tbh
what i know is you need to play with 3 CB's and a DMC , now the trick part is from mid to attacking , feel free to test it too , but ideally i rather keep minimum 2 CM, so can be one of those 4 options :
3-1-4-2 or 3-1-5-1 or 3-1-3M-2W-1 or 3-1-2N-2W-2 .. make your pick

may be a narrow diamond can work too, that is option 5
