5+ quality in upper levels is not that big gap : ex: QT 60 vs 55 = meaning he is 91% as good as me .. but Qt 17 vs 12, means the other 70% as good as my team ..
so it is variable you can't limit to 5+ as the higher you go up the less this 5+ means

League : winner (S1, S2, S3, S6, S7) , runner up (S4*, S5*) * was in holiday away
CL: Winner (S4, S7), runner up (S2, S3, S5, S6)
Cup: Winner (S3)
Ok, I'll be more specific then my team quality is at 26 I'm Level 2 Manager I played a Lvl 5 Manager who's quality was 19 and I lost.
There have been other instances where I've played a 13 Quality and only manage a 1-0 win.
