   As Becks says 23m +/- at future level 8, 25m or so for top token Academy players. PS At lvl 9 my highest value player has been 30m+ but not done much TM lurking this season.

   The fast trainers are usually popping up in the mornings as we said, usually 1hour after server restart(new day) and Usually fast trainers belong to teals w/o a shirt sponsor & weird names begining...

    Hard Stretching goes from 31 to 40 for last 6 streching sessions. Hard Cardio i did twice, 63 & 76.. Hard Match practice gave him 135 & 119. thats last hour i did write down :D Got 6 skill...

    Yep reds are problem haha, if you'r lucky you wont need so many.. i sometimes have to use 30 reds for 50 greens used... and sometimes it goes easier with 100greens used and no injury.
